Sandy Swartz gave some history on the Council for the Performing Arts which is in its 34th year. She noted that more people are coming from outside of Jefferson to attend their events. March 9th is their Premier Night when their season will be officially announced, discount on season tickets will be given if purchased prior to April lst.
