No Fines: Mike Swartz fined Tom Moore for not being at the business meeting last week, Tom asked if he was suppose to be there, Mike’s response-not sure. Tom Moore fined himself for his obsession with Brett Favre. Jim van Lieshout for his photo in the paper. Tom Moore doesn’t eat lunch as often as he should per Kevin Brumm. Ray Krek for showing up at 12:25pm for the meeting after the basket has been passed. Steve Lehmann for having his car in the parking by FCCU when he has a 10 yard walk to get here.

Program: Sandy Swartz gave some history on the Council for the Performing Arts which is in its 34th year. She noted that more people are coming from outside of Jefferson to attend their events. March 9th is their Premier Night when their season will be officially announced, discount on season tickets will be given if purchased prior to April lst.
